After quality control, we use high-quality packaging materials to protect your items during transit. Once packed, your order is handed over to our trusted delivery partners, who take care of the next stages of shipping.
If there is any issue reaching the specified address or delivering at a convenient time, our delivery partners may contact you to resolve the situation.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Address Changes
Customers may request a shipping address change by contacting our customer service within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order has been processed, the address can no longer be changed. The earlier of these two conditions applies.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
Shipping Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, you may return it after receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Policy for Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that your parcel was damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 business days after receiving your order.
To process your request, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damaged products and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit for products confirmed as damaged during transit.
